Here is a letter we received from the world organization on the update of our status on becoming an Intergroup:

Dear Members,

Thank you for your service to the CEA-HOW program and to your local fellowship by forming a new Intergroup.

We have received your signed Bylaws and have begun the registration process.  In order to complete the processing we need a list of the meeting numbers of the existing CEA-HOW meetings which will be transferred to your Intergroup.

When we receive this information we will complete the registration process and your Intergroup will be listed on the CEA-HOW website.

Intergroup formation

Intergroup - here we come! This evening we were able to meet and move forward on forming our own UtahCEAHOW intergroup. This weekend our bylaws will be submitted and next month the elected leaders will meet to iron out the details not already done.

Many thanks to those who went before in setting up and inspiring us to make the next step.

Some of the benefits we hope to see is more growth and carrying the messsage to the compulsive eater who is still suffering in ways that as individuals or groups we cannot.
